According to a landmark Supreme Court order in the case of "Jagpal Singh vs. State of Punjab" (2011), any illegal construction on community land LIKE COMMUNIDADES LAND IN GOA must be demolished and the land returned to the COMMUNIDADES OF GOA for the common use of GAUNCARS; the court explicitly stated that regularizing such illegal occupation of community land is not permissible as it belongs to the entire COMMUNIDADES OF GOA community and cannot be privately appropriated. Key points about the SC order: Strict stance against illegal occupation: The court took a strong stance against individuals illegally occupying community land, stating that such blatant illegalities cannot be condoned. Demolition of illegal constructions: Even if constructions have been built on the encroached land, they must be demolished and the land returned to THE COMMUNIDADES OF GOA. PLEASE TAKE THIS TO ITS LOGICAL CONCLUSION .WHOLE OF GOA MUST FOLLOW THIS PECEDENT.VIVA GAUNCARS DE ALDONA GOYKAR!!!
