This is my favorite food to eat. Any time we travel to Nigeria, I always call my mother ahead of time to prepare banga soup with some fresh catfish and starch. I don't miss it on arrival. I love it.

In Ghana we call it abenkwan (abe) is palmnut and (nkwan) is soup making abenkwan. This came out really nice too quite similar to ours
