You can definitely get the stretch back close to its original shape... there's a small handful of places that can do both, the service and repair the stretch. Keep the watch as close to original as possible!

Keep the bracelet. It's the old style with the rounded inside (2 parts) instead of the newer ones that have it flattened. I have the same watch from 1963. If it's the original bracelet that came with the watch it has a datestamp inside the clasp. Mine says 2-63 (february). Collectors love that stuff.

Don’t ever get it serviced by Rolex! Their main objective is to make your Watch brand new again by replacing parts and polishing it. That will ruin the character of this vintage piece, find someone that specializes in vintage piece restoration, they can even fix the droopy bracelet back to normal.
