Hi Sally! I’m a new-ish viewer. Love your videos. Just ordered the Inito using your code. I’m in my mid-40s and TTC. We have been trying for awhile, so hoping this gives me better visibility into my fertile window. I’m definitely experiencing perimenopause, but still getting a period so am hopeful I can get pregnant with a bit more diligence. Thanks for your great videos!!

Hey Daniela! Unfortunately I am no longer working with this company or using the product. The product is great for women trying to confirm ovulation or get a snapshot of their hormones, but I ran into some pretty big issues with the people themselves who I was working with. I would be interested to take another snapshot with the test strips I have remaining, but they are pretty pricy on their own so it's not the kind of thing that I would recommend doing every month.

Hey Sally love your videos. Can you do videos for women trying to get off the pill I saw some videos that women should prepare when coming off with more nourishments for the hormones to rebalace. Also for this device what should we do for women who hasn't had their periods for years due to the bc pill.

Hi Miranda! Thank you. I have made one video on PM on BC, which should have a lot of carry over for those coming off it! I will share further information as I solidify my understanding. As for the device, I would probably start with tracking your temps to get a feel for whether or not ovulation is occurring (if you're not getting your period, there's a high likelihood that it is not). Work on the basics of healing your rebalancing your minerals + healing your hormones and if you find yourself having trouble a year down the road after getting off the pill, then maybe invest in something like this. It is a helpful tool but I wouldn't start there if you're just coming off BC. Hope this helps! P.S: My discount code no longer works for this product (long story). I stand by it being a useful tool for many women but I have recently had numerous issues in working with the company.

Very thorough review, thank you! My o ly question is when the notification comes up to tell you to test. I'm worried that first morning urine will occur before I check my phone for the day. Does it tell you the night before by chance?

Hey Nikki- great question! It does not tell you the day before except maybe before the first test... I think it was giving me notifications that it would be time to test soon. That being said, test 1 is always on day 6 of your cycle, so you can plan for that ahead of time. After it reads your hormones for that day, the calendar should go ahead and depict days that you will need to test for the remainder of your cycle (so it won't notify you, but you can consult the calendar). It had me test every day after day 6 until the end of my fertile window, which I believe is the norm. That was easy to keep track of!

I have a question. I just bought this device. I got the high fertility days, but now today the estrogen dropped a little and I still haven't seen a LH surge? How normal is this?

Hi Stephanie! To the best of my understanding, that is pretty typical. If you look at my graph towards the end of the video, you'll that my estrogen rises and then drops before my LH surge - it then rises again. It is typical to see at least a couple of these waves throughout your cycle. I'm sorry it took me so long to get to your comment!

Nope! It's only about 7-9 days of your cycle! Your first test is on day 6 and it notifies you from there when you'll need to test.

6 days after the first day of your period! It doesn't matter whether or not you are still bleeding. The app will notify you when it's time to test basted on when you input day 1 of your period.

Thanks for sharing this info! Just curious, does it have options in the settings so it knows if you're specifically seeking vs. avoiding pregnancy? Also curious if it has any sort of breastfeeding mode. I'm 6 months postpartum and haven't gotten my period back yet--with my current fertility monitor (that doesn't use an app), I have to do a hard reset every 20 days because it wouldn't understand I'm on "cycle day" 189!

Great questions. It does not have the option to change settings to avoid pregnancy, but you can turn off the notifications telling you to have sex to conceive 😂 it also is not approved for birth control purposes so I would never use it for that in isolation, but it's great for confirming ovulation if you want an extra check along with your other fertility signs. As for the breast feeding, I'm not positive but I don't think this would be an issue! It would likely keep asking you whether or not you'd gotten your period, though. If you are looking for a fertility monitor to help you avoid pregnancy, I definitely recommend you check out Tempdrop. I did a review of that which is linked in the description box of this video. I know that many women use that while breastfeeding!

I have learnt so much by watching videos. I have temp drop and love it. But i’m torn it get this one or Mirna ovulation test tracker. So have some questions. I have quite a few apps going on for my period and basal body temperature.. but wanted to ask does the inito app also allow you to add pms symptoms or period symptoms or basal body temperatures?

@@itselianamarie great questions! Inito has a place for you to add your period and add whether or not you had sex, but it does not have a place to add BBT or specific symtpoms. It does have a notes section where you could add any of this information you'd like, but it will not show up graphically.
