Thanks for sharing this info. I got an injector for Christmas haven’t used it yet. I have a cheap ass offset smoker I can use when the weather is warm. Metal is too thin for cold temperatures outside. Still learning.

That’s a nice injector Brian! Never injected a pork butt before. Like using a mini caulk gun. Nice looking pork butt, very little trimming needed. Cheers brother! ( I’m running behind on watching videos, been watching the grandkids and the oldest who’s 3 years old see’s me break out the iPad wants to watch monster trucks) lol.

Looking forward to seeing how this turns out! My favorite I did, I used an injection by Kosmo’s Q and used pineapple juice as the liquid. After seasoning it I smoked it overnight and spritzed with pineapple juice. Once it was done we made some grilled pineapple and made “Hawaiian” style sliders with it. My favorite pork butt I’ve ever made. Pineapple and pork are just great together

I haven't made a lot of pork butt, but from the first one I did, I've used the Butcher BBQ injection and Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ rub. I liked it so much, I am simply not motivated to try anything else. After my first butt, I tried the Open Pit version of the injection and that is my go to now.

Nothing wrong with a Bush Latte🤣 definitely going to try the Blues Hog’s, interesting that when I injected, my wife noticed the difference in tenderness, I used the Butcher’s BBQ combined with Kosmos moisture magic, on brisket and pork butts what are your impressions on the brining tub? I really wish they produced one big enough for a large brisket, I appreciate you give different perspectives and ways to do things, there are many different ways to do bbq 😂👍

Thanks a lot BJ! Agreed with all of that! And to my knowledge they only have the 1 size but I’ll have to check out there website again. The only thing I don’t like about the tub is washing it lol
