I tried back 1,2. It's this double kick and overhead punch that sends the enemy backwards on the floor. It's not the most damaging but is more helpful than zoning in the air.

You can follow up 2,2,3 with a back+3 with the right timing. extending the combo without the need of expending bats. With that being said, you can start the combo with whatever stream you want, since you can cancel it with enhanced down, front+ 1 and then jumping 2 then the 2,2,3.

Thanks for showing how easy these combos are. Maybe people will stop acting like they're geniuses for studying combos and then losing matches to people using simple moves. It boggles my mind how arrogant these people are after losing a match, "Masher! Spammer! Do you even know any combos!?". They almost make you feel bad for winning, that's how much they complain :D (I work on my combos in practice btw). It's funny because a lot of these people are so caught up in their own head, you can just walk right up to them and throw them, especially when you can tell they're scared, it's like they mentally freeze up, lolz. Whatever, I talk too much :D COMBOS!!!!!!!

I can't even throw the batarang without my joystick thinking I want to jump or duck. It's literally so hard to be precise in the heat of battle, I end up just mashing the buttons here and there hoping for a combo to just happen.

Yeah i had the same problem. took me an hour or so to get. combo: uf+2,2,3 uf+2,2,2 straight grapple (meter burn) bla bla bla. the trick is to do 'up forward 2,2,3 up+2' with speed. A tiny split second delay and then 2,2 grapple quick.

@@GeeTee1 Wait until batman is about to hit the ground before doing 2,2 df1 (bat grapple) . Also don't wait between 2,2 and df1 to keep the combo, batman will still be hitting your opponent while you press df1.

Here's how I do it. I mastered the combo already so take it from me. When I had trouble doing it,it was because after the 2 2 (after the second jump 2) I panicked and moved the joy stick the wrong way. As soon as you do the 2 2 make sure to move the stick down and forward. It will take time,but it becomes muscle memory and you'll have it mastered

Doesn't have a good tool for getting in on zoners? The glide can help get over most projectiles, the bats are great for punishing projectiles at long distances so you can dash in or even use the grapple. Batman is who i use against zoners

When you do your j2 223 combos, try to jump1 instead of jump2, much easier to land the following hits since it keeps them juggling longer. Try it :D

No trait combos? The "bread and butter" can go on for at least 100 more damage with trait you activate bats as soon as you want to start the combo and release them at the time the bomb explodes, then grapple kick/enhance

People, Batman is the easiest character to learn. Why? If you go to Lean in the single player menu, do the expert combo training. It will teach you way better combos than are on here. Some are hard but it does have a demo showing the combo plus a controller that you can see button inputs in order to get the timing right.
