My two cents... First off, faster thinking does not equal detective deduction ability and experience. Batman will always out think, out deduct and out wit superman because of his natural deductive ability, multi-sources of information input/gathering and methodical, logical methodology not to count his years of experience in forensics and vast knowledge of the world/underworld. You have to chart this one to Batman. Second, being equal in straight strength - be it by bringing Superman to Batman level with Kryptonite or bringing Batman to Superman level with the green pills - Batman will wipe the floor with Superman. Superior moves, knowledge of different fighting techniques with master level in many, many disciplines and knowledge of weak points in human anatomy, Batman will emerge superior faster than you can say Batma...he just emerged superior. Third. Batman is JL initiator. He had the knowledge and foresight to bring JL together and give them a safe vantage point. The detail of how intricate the JL HQ is, is mind boggling. Intercepting multiple feeds of data with lighting analysis and cross-reference. Communication with all heroes at all times. Locating them instantly. The list goes on. All comes from a design by one man. Without him there would be no JL. But just like all the Directors or Founders of large corporations like Google, Facebook, etc. the Director is not the best of them all. He is a visionary. And that Batman is - in spades, clubs, diamonds and hearts! Fourth. None is more richer or properly connected than Batman. And while money can't buy happiness, it CAN buy a lot of stuff needed to run JL. Fifth. JL WAR - showed that Batman has the foresight to see disasters much, much earlier and go to any lengths to prevent them. Sixth. A mere mortal who can cling to such high morals proves a great force of will and strength of character and integrity. He is brought to death's door by his injuries so many, many times. Yet he will return by sheer force of will and determination. We have seen greater men fall from grace. Seventh. Everyone fear him. Eight. He is Batman!

I'm assuming this is directed towards that moron that says Superman can beat Batman any day but when you bring up the times he got his was whooped by Batman his response was "that's because they were on the same level", which makes his argument extremely stupid. He's basically saying "Superman can beat Batman as long as he has the advantage of having every superpower imaginable but if they are on the same level Batman wins but it's unfair".

The thing I absolutely hate about batman is that writers handicap the characters he fights against just because everyone likes him. It has some pretty ridiculous outcomes. Watch the injustice 2 first teaser (I know it's a trailer for a game where Harley Quinn could beat Darkseid) the trailer is done more cinematically and is supposed to make sense. In it we see batman blocking hits from the flash, sticking a bomb on the flash as if flash didn't see it coming and picking aquaman up with one hand as aquaman (with super strength far superior to batman) struggles with both hands to pry Bruce's hand off his neck. I used this just as an example of how ridiculously other characters are weakened just so Batman can hold his own
