Ink Cartridge Chip Re-setter Ripoff!!!

I purchased this off the inter-webs, because, Who wouldn't love a magical gadget to stretch their ink cartridges out a little bit more?
And for $20 it's a no brainier! Right?
WRONG!!! Watch this video and see the truth behind this gimmick!
After this video, I decided to do the only logical thing, take it apart! What I discovered is sickening!

I'm so fed up with epson.. Seriously.. For example it won't let me print using only Black even if the black is still full. It shouldnt matter if the others are empty let me use my black ffs?! 😡😡😡

not a epson thing i don't think canon use to do that but now have settings to go black only but you still need to deal with these rip off printer ink crap (all companies do this) trying to find a way to reeet the chip myself and bypass these greedy companies

Get the firmware to make your printer chipless. It worked for my Epson XP-830. This chip resetter made me mad! And I tried to reset it when my ink was half full...

with epson you have to have black and clue ink because for every time you print in black it uses a little blue

Believe the updates i just installed unwillingly, updated the ink to where its using it all? Idk but i guess imma open them to see if theyre basically dried out now... Possibly stick a magnet to it now to wipe it lolz will let yah know after refil

The newest HP Envies will print black only when tricolor cartridge is empty or even missing, or so they say. I don’t have a printer to test this on!

Ur right but i never did any rhe updates with mine until today and now the resetting isnt working anymore.... so here i am trying to find out what to do next damn it

Ink is a ripoff, but it's best to stick with the OEM cartridges. My next printer is going to be an Epson Eco Tank printer. That way, I can just keep adding ink, any ink, LOL!
