He wins one year if I remember right it was in the last two years. He has a shop in Tucson, Arizona and the last time I checked he was over a year out for giving tattoos because he is so backed up and I have never heard or seen anyone who was not happy !!

Putting Bob's dragon in the worst tattoos category is honestly BS, I get what they said about legibility but I loved that tattoo way more than the other back pieces and his work overall. It's too bad how it ended up but I'm glad there were so many great tattoos this season.

The"worst" tattoos are so so good. You can see the quality of all these tattoers that they are really separated by such small margins. Love the respect that everyone in the room shows for each other. I like that a lot better than the earlier seasons where there's so much more hostility.

I love Anthony and DJ but how exactly did bringing back masters work? Wouldn't it be better if it was only the ones who hadn't become ink master yet?

Steve was also there. I think bringing on big names was to get guaranteed views so Paramount can determine if the audience takes the new judges well, and if they should continue the show from this point onwards (with possibly new competitors).

Luckily you do what you do and let the professionals do the judging… Anthony made a fatal mistake and Angel was 2 weeks in a row inconsistent with her linework… that got these 2 eliminated… And DJ is a 3 time inkmaster winner at another level, he proved that much… so i was very happy he won… most deserved win…

This seasons group is so great! They’re all so talented and supportive of each other (for the most part) and I love blind reactions from the judges and how shocked they are when they saw Anthony’s dragon

Creepy Jason should have won as his back piece was just straight up awesome. I could see someone going in to add even more to that back piece to make it even better. Maybe that should be one of the inkmaster challenges. Bring back guests with a good tattoo and turn it into a great tattoo. Touch ups can be a challenge unto themselves but they can turn a good tattoo into a great one.

@@bobvance- Jason's tattoo is straight up ugly lol The girl's face is weird, her shoulder anatomy is wrong, the prospective of the table with the inks is completely fucked up, there is no visual link between the tattoo on the girl's shoulder and the dragon in the background, the concept itself is just a tattoo artist jerking off to himself. The dragon is perfectly fine, just needs more shading under the head to make it pop.

You know, they need to add one word to the elimination catch phrase - instead of ' You do not have what it takes to be an Ink Master' they need to add the word ' ..yet.' That way instead of leaving them thinking they dont have it, just let them know they're not there yet, keep going, keep learning! The show points out some weaknesses, concentrate on mastering those elements, use the experience in a positive way, win or lose. Angel needs to learn to go faster if necessary, she should be like " Grumble-grumble, OK, I got it! "

Why is a 4x1hour ever a criteria of being a good tattoo artist? if I get a small tattoo and an artist need three hours to make it look like a sticker why is that a bad thing? normally 6 hours gives them time to show what they can do no matter what the subject is, but that marathon 1 hour stuff is weird in my point of view.

Throw the whole season in the garbage. Anthony is like the most wholesome artist and it really hurt when he got eliminated. Angel was second, and then Bob. If bob stuck to his roots and just did a biomech piece, he would've taken everyone out so easily. As a fan of his and someone who is also his client, sometimes doing something different doesn't work.

I'm almost covered and about three years ago I got a tattoo for my brother who passed away after his heart transplant failed and it had like a red hue but after a couple days it went away so I know that they do change and it's black and gray on my cafe !
