Thanks for this review, Jose. I'm seriously considering purchasing this CIS ... but was awaiting the JTOOLMAN SEAL OF APPROVAL. Going forward, I wonder how well the Precision Colors SE bulk inks will work in this CIS. I assume the tanks are filled by orientating them horizontally and then using the larger port. From your knowledge of CIS systems in general, will the Ink Tanks "dry out" with time ? I assume it would NOT be advisable to close the tank ports, since the Canon goes through its periodic purge cycles. (Also, what eventually happened to the system when the air bubble in the GY (? fourth tube) line reached the printhead ? )

System? Do you mean the printer or the CIS? Inkproducts has a step by step installation video. Though it's rather old it still applies to the current version of this CIS.

Is InkProducts' ink mixable with Precision Colors' Signature Edition?

Hi Jose, thank you for the wonderful videos. I have had a Pro-100 since 2018 and it still works great. I have only used OEM ink in it so far and this CIS looks great. Also, I tried to join your Facebook group yesterday but I have not been added yet. I answered the questions so I hope to be added soon. I look forward to testing out your profile.

Jose...what paper are you using? Did you say A Sub? I didn't realize they made paper that wasn't sublimation paper!! Is it the A Sub Premium Photo paper?

what would be the best color printer for personal posters to hang up on the wall? i'm looking for at least 13" wide. i plan on gathering a bunch of images i would want to print out at first then probably won't use it much afterwards so i dont want to spend too much on it.

Hi Jose, I’m considering buying a used pro100 what should I check for when I go to look at one? The one I’m looking at has been sitting dormant for some time. Ps. Sorry if this has already been covered I’ve checked through quite a few videos and couldn’t find anything pertaining to a used buyers guide

All you can do is have the seller provide with a nozzle check. In person if possible. Keep in mind that these printheads are meant to be replaced as they do wear out. That is normal. The higher the print count the shorter the remaining life of that printhead.
