Not trashing on this youtuber but this guy might be paid off by Activision/Treyarch to promote the new games and bash the previous one, Activision has been having youtubers do this since bo3 with advanced warfare even though everyone knows Advanced Warfare's campaign was way better than bo3s. Expect Activision to let hackers in on purpose to mw3 these next couple weeks because they do not want you playing it anymore.

@iam_747 Because Vista, Meat, 6 Star, Greece, Stash House, Bait, Yard, Checkpoint, Grime, Drive-Thru among other maps, dozens of new weapons, constant challenges for aftermarket parts that essentially were new weapons, along with changes to movement, the perk system, and so on, none of that actually counts as effort or new. Campaign sucked, zombies was mediocre, and big game modes were left to dry, but they absolutely delivered in 6v6 content, which has always been the franchises bread and butter. Bringing up the Shipment variants and pretending that was all they did is massively disingenuous, and is a disservice to proper discourse.

Furthermore in the OG MW Timeline, Makarov hated the West. If you hear the last story dialogue of MW 2019 which is the Spec Ops briefing, Laswell says that Verdansk was rebuilt by the West and Russia as a joint effort after the Cold War. Makarov hated that about the City so he attacked Verdansk at first out of hate and then later on he decided to frame Farah and her ULF Forces

I’m actually playing the Campaign for the first time rn, and my biggest gripe is the open combat missions. It feels like just Warzone incorporated in the campaign. And that looks like it is being a reoccurring theme in cod today. A lot of ppl call MWZ Warzone Zombies cuz it’s essentially WZ just instead of a PVP BR, you’re going up against AI. Tbh I think that was the problem with DMZ in MW2 As well ( along with going up against AI only to get sniped by a bush camper and he steals all your loot). Idk what Cod is going for, are they trying to ease WZ players into playing other game modes they offer? Or is it vice versa? Either way they gotta stop making the base of their game modes WZ. It’s a huge turn off, if I wanted to play WZ, that’s what I would’ve done. The worst part is it seems that the community is afraid they are going to do the same trend in BO6 w/ Liberty Falls. The Devs need to just understand that WZ isn’t your cash cow. This isn’t the same as Fortnite.

What also doesn't make sense about Operation Flashpoint is that they're making us think that the whole Verdansk thing was Makarov's doing and he was the mastermind but I guess they forgot that the reason Verdansk was attacked was because of AQ led by Hadir teaming up with Zakhaev. And I'm pretty sure in MW2019 it was AQ who orchestrated everything even the airport bombing

During Covid all I played was Hardcore Cyber Attack. With MWII they took it out of MW19 and conveniently left it as a LTM. When I gave IW shit on Reddit, they cried like bitches to Reddit themselves to get me banned off the platform. Every single post by SHG for MWIII I'd demand HC Cyber Attack return. At this point I was just being annoying, but SHG actually went out of their way to add it. Huge props to them where IW acted like stinkers.

I semi‐liked it after going back after a few months of processing the story, it kinda made sense. I would argue that it's main issue was the way it was written. The story they were trying to present wasn't the problem, it was the writing. I've seen other people's rewrites and they came out surprising better than what was given to us by SHG.

I’m actually going to miss this game. It was great playing remastered maps from MW2 (2009) for the most part. Haven’t played campaign yet. But I feel the movement was great in this game. I just wish it had better matchmaking for pubs, fixed servers and focused on controlling the cheats. Other than that, I mostly play multiplayer and I felt it had pretty good map content from seasons 1-5. Considered we went through MW2 (2022), Vanguard and Cold War, I think this game gets more shit than it deserves.

The way I look at MWIII, Sledgehammer tried they’re best to make the most of a bad situation bc if I’m right they had a very short window to make this game. But, they made the best of a bad situation with multiplayer but the campaign and zombies were terrible. It does suck to see that, but it’s definitely one of the better cods we’ve had the last few years

I think you made a good point about how wether MWIII is DLC shouldn't be the question but wether if it is worth 70$. I try to think that way more often when buying anything, asking myself: Is this product worth its asking price to me or am I just thinking about buying because it's cheaper than its competitors or other products in general. (e.g. buying a cheap gadget before considering how much I'm going to use it) Personally I'm not going to buy BO6 at launch. I did buy CoD at launch since WWII but Vanguard, MWIII and MWIII all disappointed me and even though I think BO6 will be great I'll just try it at a friend's place who is gonna buy it anyway My own little Review on MWIII: 1. Campaig Story: Didn't like it, just running after Makarov and never catching him, only to have him runaway as an ending Gameplay: I like ego shooters and cod at that, but especially open combat missions felt kinda pointless as campaign missions 2. Zombies Played it twice, ran around the map while my random mates cleared everything without me really getting a lot out of it. It was boring for me, but I never really got into Zombies 3. Multiplayer To me, it felt really fast and that's why I really liked it. I'm probably an average to below average player, so games never get that sweaty

Isn’t Makarov’s motivation against Urzikstan caused by a longstanding feud / conflict between Russia and Urzikstan? At least that’s what I vaguely recall from the campaign. As it relates to Makarov’s attack on Verdansk, yeah, I have no bloody clue what the point of that was.

The only reason I got it was because I had enough rewards points to get it for free and I wanted to try zombies... Which despite its issues was the only part I enjoyed. I won't be missing the weekly challenges and am not a fan of having to do the battle pass to unlock new weapons. That makes it feel more like a 2nd job.

As soon as season 6 started, everything changed. I fell in love with mw3 multiplayer and even started doing the mastery camo grind last week which I’m 10 guns away from. I felt there shouldv'e been more cutscenes and variety introducing characters from warzone in 2019 or those who are relevantly known as I felt there was an empty space there in the middle that couldv'e been had.

Why are we not talking about the fact that Soap shouldn't have even died this time around? I would argue that a descent into darkness for Soap would've made a lot of sense, and would be very entertaining to see. We already see him lose his cool with Makarov like never before. Then what, Makarov just offs him? He has to die again? This new iteration of him, wasted. That really rubbed me the wrong way. I get that repeat deaths are almost impossible to avoid, but killing this new version of Soap was just silly in my opinion. He and Ghost were a fucking power team, and his personality in this series is a lot stronger than his OG version.

As fortunate as I am to be able to purchase these yearly Call of Duty games, I can’t deny that they were worth the money. The time I’ve spent with friends and my brother has created great memories. Sure, Call of Duty games may vary in quality, but even something as bad as Tranzit can be fun with friends. Does it make it right to create subpar content for a whole year, expecting people to waste money on it? No, it doesn’t. Not every Call of Duty or game is worth buying just for the potential of having fun. However, if you found even a small amount of enjoyment playing it, then maybe it was worth your investment. This is just my experience with these yearly games. If you truly feel it was a waste or that it’s irredeemable, nothing will change your perspective-and that’s okay.

Altogether, MW23 multiplayer is number 4 for me, behind MW2, MW3, and BO2. Following MW23, for me is WW2. Edit: I didn’t buy MW22 so the game didn’t feel like DLC to me. And I also skipped out on BO4 which introduced aftermarket parts. So the game to me felt fresh. Almost a modern adaptation to WW2 on the multiplayer front.
