Inktense, the forgotten colours?

Rewatching this video and still enjoyed learning about the inktense pencils and how versatile they seem to be...mikelle art moms 👩‍🎨🎨✍

Thank you. I honnestly do not really use the inktense very much. When I do I love the colours of them, but as some of them, especially the pencils, has dubious lightfastness, I tend to pass them by.

Beautiful elephant. Would love to see more using these pencils, I'm never quite sure how best to use them but I love the colour strength. A tip from Lachri on the white - scratch onto sandpaper and lift off with damp/wet brush for stronger pigment.

Thank you very much. I think I might just either use the blocks or something instead of the white pencil. I am also not sure how to best use the pencils. :D I am more confident with the blocks. But I will see what I can come up with.

Love your elephant 🐘 It's beautiful. I agree with you. These are a lot like the graphitints. Not the feel, but the colours. After using the Inktense for years, I still have no use of the white pencil. So what it does, is still a mystery to me. Nore do I use the outline pencil. They could take that and the white one out, and rather give us other useful colours instead. 🤔

I got a little bit of "colour" out of the white, but really not much. the outliner I actually liked, once I tired it out. Becky Tregear compared the pencils to the blocks, and found out that you get an extra blue (maybe turquoise=) in the blocks instead of the outliner. :)

You're making me want to get all of my Inktenses out again, and I already have this entire month scheduled for videos! 🤣 I guess I'll be going off camera for them, heheh. Lovely elephant, great choices using the blacks and greys.

Wow, you are fast! Yes it seems it actually works today. :) I did not get a reply back from YT, but maybe they fixed it.
