With the magic slide, try to keep your back leg skate, knee and shoulder all inline with each other when you pull that back leg in. Once I was told this I was instantly able to do it on smooth grounds like stone. Hope this helps. =D

One thing I'm alittle confused about. So it was dry, and then it rained. Did it get dry again or did you just returned on another day? Also I love these types of videos. Just Bros having fun and you don't have to worry about a script. Although I could imagine translating your friends could be Abit tedious

hi! It rained suddently, and then it started to dry quite fast! was a hot day 😂 oh, I found a way to make the subtitling process a little bit faster ;) just made a preset and copy/pasted; just had to change the text and duration ;)

Great video Tiago! I miss Paris streets. Tell Philippe taht he has to stay low and control his upper body. His upper body is swinging around and doesn't give him the possibility to stop or slide normally.

Joachim Jernberg Hi! This entire vid has been done with a gopro ( hero 5) it is defenitely possible! although, it would be nice to chose a more recent action cam with good stabilisation ( mine is just useless compared to the newer cams 😂) or you can get a mini gimbal to go with your cam!

I really want to get some online skates but I have no idea what to get been watching your videos for a while. I def want to do it for slalom.
@MH-iu7vg5 жыл бұрын
I know tiago says always something about a rockered setup for slolam. Lot's of skates to pick from. I wouldn't recommend any fitness type skates. I went with the fr1 80mm, but you could always go with frx, fr3, any of the powerslide next models. Would be my recommendations. For sure 80mm wheels and you cant go wrong. Tiago also made a list in his prior videos of skates for beginners.
@TwigGenetics5 жыл бұрын
@@MH-iu7vg bet I'm new to rollerblading but, I used to skateboard so I feel like I can pick it up fast I've been watching his videos a lot. Sadly there isn't a skate shop near me so I have to order online was hoping I can get some good info. I'll definitely check out the ones you recommended.
@MH-iu7vg5 жыл бұрын
I just started skating two weeks ago, just a little at a time, and I used to skateboard also but learning balance is a learning curve. Origionally I was thinking the same thing that it will be easy to learn after watching so many videos but until you put skates on, it's like trying taking a step on ice and trying to collect yourself. Haha Expect a learning curve is all I can say, but take it a little at a time and tons of repetition. I'm trying to get my stride correct but I'm leaning on the inside of my wheels which I know isn't right. I need to research what I'm doing wrong. As for purchasing skates origionally I was going to use Amazon...but I did some research and found "pro skaters place" online. They are out of Canada so nice plus is your not charged tax. I ordered from there and I would do so again. They ship all over the world, and I live in the united states so my shipping was free because I spent a certain dollar amount. If the skates you order don't fit, you have 60 days to contact them, they will cover the return shipping which is like $60. Look on there for a pair of skates but spend some time figuring out your shoe size for the skate your going to buy. I can't stress that enough, every brand is different. Hope that helps, even though I didn't give you an exact skate to pick. But you can look to see whats available, and even shoot them a message on facebook and they will respond quick and help you out. Best of Luck. :)
