Nice trails and good friends. Fun all the way. I see the other s22 also have a squeaky suspension hehe. I just seen a post where there is a recall on the V13 in Thailand from e-rides that the bolts are not strong enough. Worth a check.

22in vs 20in is a reason for the low end torque overpowering on the hills, and some margin on top for safe recovery it seems, rather than cutout

Hi Marty, it's pretty good bringing younger and more crazy and fearless then you to test thev13 really like the contents and youre passion and raw experience. its would have being the best time to actually do each the v13 and CP the same treatment on the ride to actually compare how good or bad are those to compare in real performance and confort for a 1000$ difference.

1:01:05 V11 owner, can confirm that this is 'a thing'. Seems to me like something gets tripped when the wheel spins up and then safety cuts (not sure if its speed or voltage that causes the cut). Sometimes just leaving it sit for a bit or rolling it around with the trolly handle will get it to turn on again, but at the very least plugging the charger in resets whatever is getting flipped and it'll work perfectly again. This so far has been my only issue with the wheel after 2000 miles.

Hey Marty! I was watching Roger's video on this ride and I was wondering what that clickly-button-thing is you use before you record? It looks like a fob or something but my guess is you use it to help you record somehow? I have a GoPro as well so wondering what it might be. Great videos, thanks!

It's a dog training clicker. I use it to synchronize the video (from GoPro, Insta 360, phone, etc) with the audio that I record on a separate device. Links to my audio/video gear is in the Description.

You could get a rod wireless mic too it fit easy on GoPro plus you can use it on different camera.

@@Laic The wireless mic's are too big and consume too much battery - I record for many hours on some rides. My solution is minimalist and works great for me. Thanks.

the commander pro seems like a better performing wheel vs V13, too bad it has so many quality issues. Maybe the final shipment versions will be better, not sure how we'll know though

For a wheel that is supposed to be able to peak 10.000w, the overpowering at 46:21 is not very promising...

They preserve extra motor power for safety margins. Everything comes at a cost. Hub motors still have plenty of catching up to do to mid drive motor, high ends are sitting at 35KW!

Almost not wanting or willing to find a positive about it!! I wonder if you'll continue with the same tack with Begode wheels.....
