These all work out are very effective but if you are a beginner or inter mediate and doing side to side squat work out don't stretch too much bcoz it will cause injury like muscle strain. I made that mistake to get the result quickly 😢 .

Mujhe aaj 3sra din hai exercise karte hue... Lekin meri thigh me etna dard ho rha h 3 din se ... Mujhse na utha jara na betha😢😢... Bhot jyada dard ho rha h.. Bardast ni hora ab.. Kab tak rhaega ye dard.. Exercise chhod du kya 😢... Please reply .

Sarson ke tel me lehsoon chil ke daal 4 Kali. Or garam kar use jab tak ubal na jaye. Jab halka gunguna ho jaye to maalish karega to dard dhire dhire hat jayega. Per exercise nahi chodna.

It's supposed to hurt mate, there's quite literally no easy way to excercise. The hard work is what burns the fat. If you're trying to do it in an easy way, its better off you don't work out at all, cause you're just gon be wasting time and be dissapointed if ya dont get the results u want so yea, its supposed to hurt
