"30 repetitions and 3 sets" ka matlab hai ke exercise ko 30 dafa lagaatar karna (30 repetitions), phir thodi der ka break lena, aur phir is sequence ko do aur martaba dohraana (3 sets in total). Misal ke taur par, agar aap push-ups kar rahe hain, to aap 30 push-ups karenge, phir break lenge, phir 30 push-ups aur karenge, phir break lenge, aur aakhir mein 30 push-ups aur karenge.
