Hello Inokraft, I just got the M1 into Nigeria, and I'm priming but no fluid (water) is being sucked up the suction tube and nothing is coming out of the drain. Please, why? Is there any way I could call support on video WhatsApp call for help?

Bought a new M1, followed the procedure to the letter, the machine runs but suction tube in the water is yet to suck up water into the machine.... Please need help... Chose to try out M1... Please really need urgent help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a brand new Maxpray M1. I’ve hooked everything up properly, but when trying to flush the storage fluid first, following directions perfectly and the motor doesn’t start at all, no fluids start flowing. The power switch lights up, but motor never starts. A couple times it sounded like it was going to start, but then wouldn’t. Is mine faulty??

How do you Adjust the Spray nozzle if you don't like the way the paint is coming out.

Hi, thank you for your question. With the same nozzle, you can only find the optimal spray effect by adjusting the pressure value, not by adjusting the nozzle itself. Adjusting the nozzle seat will only change the spray direction. The spraying effect also depends on the type of paint, so if you are sure about the paint type, you can also switch to a different size spray tips to achieve the best effect with the same paint.
