tbh, that thing has a lot of factor. The student, we know how Adam teach, and the disciplined. I have little bit better vocal transformation just by one week. Before i learn to sing a song, usually i just do like Ow Ow Ow Ow with different notes from low note to maximum of my range vocal. Maybe just 10 min, then i let my vocal rest for 10 min. Then ill begin to learn to sing some song. I like korean pop and jpop. Recently i learn J_ust and some slow Japanese song. Hope u will get better vocal bruh. Just keep practice.

No Tim you may not actually have to get a vocal coach. I worked inside of a factory for 3 years on midnights and the factory was so loud that someone who was standing more than 20 ft away from you could not hear you if you were yelling at the top of your lungs. As you can imagine everyone either wore headphones or ear plugs. So I was free to sing as loudly as I wanted to. Before working there I was told that my singing was atrocious and now I've had dozens of people tell me that I'm really good. You don't need a singing coach you need to sing songs that are out of your range loudly. Need to fully sing. As loudly as possible. And just that done constant on music out of your range will increase it.
@leeatmishan21823 жыл бұрын
@@IBoofRanchDressing this may have worked for you but this terrible advice in general. This would lead the general population to tons of strain and damaged vocal cords. DISCLAIMER: this advice will lead most people to vocal cord damage.
@casilagan1234567893 жыл бұрын
@@IBoofRanchDressing that’s why I said “might” :) The problem with not having a vocal coach, is that you might pick up “bad habits” (improper technique, poor vocal control) that can damage your voice over time:) As I said I’ve been singing for 4 years(on and off) so whenever I want to learn to sing a new song, i have to rehearse it for several days before I think it sounds good. But everything comes with practice!
@patypus5553 жыл бұрын
Self-teaching is a lot of trials and errors. You risk hurting/damaging your voice and never getting out of imitation zone and finding your own style(s)/potential, but if you don't, the results could be surprising in a good way. Some songs get easier to sing the more you practice -- it could be that simple. The genre you don't really need proper lessons for is rock/punk (but it'd be wiser and safer if you do take lessons in general so you don't get vocal damage).

before singing with no confidence, at the end he sounds more comfortable but not relaxed like hes trying to hard. straining to go up and down on notes. keep it smooth from your belly, calm relaxed and dont try to sing loud. sing softly so you can find your voice. i can guarantee if you sing softly with a gentle tone, you will realise, everyone can sing if they dont run before they can walk. soft then hard, you will be able to control your vocal better, sing quietly, and grow into your voice x

I agree huge improvement, I was curious about what progress others were making and the time period. It's interesting to see how quickly one can progress in certain areas, the tough part is law of diminishing returns. Once you really have a solid foundation like here, that's where the real work begins in my opinion. The phrasing i.e. is already very good (especially for the experience), but that is where the real magic comes from. Also the vowels, you will see videos about "vowels are a singer's secret weapon", it is so true. It's interesting to listen to vocal coaches analyze vocals, and talk about how vowels change slightly when going to the top of their range. How sometimes they don't hit that top pitch for all that long, but they give you that illusion almost, makes me think of a magician almost in a sense. There are incredible voices out there and ranges, but the real master vocalist is one that can make the most out of his voice box. We aren't all going to sound like Journey or Whitney Houston i.e., but that isn't a good excuse to not fully develop your range.

Lol I was prepared to be super skeptical but this is achievable growth in 3 months! He sounds a lot better! Wow! Nice! I think an important thing, is hearing the core notes of the song in your head, and just remember those 4 notes, it's usually 4 , and the singer dances around the main notes. You do your dance and then get back in the pocket when you feel like it. Some songs are only 2 notes, and some are 8 or more, start out in the pocket, then slowly work on the tricks as you go until you nail it every step of the way.
