Whole workout: Cable curls: 3 sets Hammer curls: 3 sets Ez-bar spider curls: 3 sets Ez-bar overhead triceps extension: 3 sets Close grip bench: 2 sets Rope pushdown: 1 set I like this workout better with 2 sets on each of the tricep movements instead of only doing 1 set pushdown and 3 set overhead, but ig u can customize it to your likings, although I wouldn't put much more volume than this
