Fun Fact: Our firefighting gear is so good to day you can literally be on fire and not get burnt. The only downside in our gear is our scba mask which starts to melt at 400 degrees

Spent 12 years as a FF. Loved it. Would never downgrade to a police officer, that's where you go when you fail the firefighters exam 😂. Best comparison for you Nikko, being a firefighter is like being on a deployment 24/7 but your home. Every fire call responded to is like getting in a firefight. You know you could die, but you flip that metaphorical switch and go to work, and think about it all after it's done.

Reason dude didn't scream in the first video is because he probably didn't even feel it. Those suits can't burn unless you're REALLY trying to burn it. My uncle was a retired fire fighter and ironically his house burned down while he was away one day. The entire house was ash. Nothing left.He still had his suit and it was the only thing to survive the fire. It was charred and melted in place and his helmet was melted, but the suit was still wearable.

This is how they put it out: They actually cut all the fuel out (that being the trees and other brush) and pretty much just wait for it to die out.
