Just wondering if you had to replace that caliper due to the bleeder screw threads or were you able to save it and if so how did you save it?

I was able to save it fortunately! I had a local shop install a heli-coil to maintain the factory thread size

You have to trim the tabs off the bottom of the grill to make it fit with the pre-facelift bumper

I had to cut the tabs off the bottom of the grill to fit it to the pre-facelift JDM bumper

What rotors did you use for the brake setup? Are they off a sti? and if they are what hubs did you use to convert?

I used the DBA 400 Series T3 Rotors

Isn't DOT5 brake fluid overkill (also doesn't play/mix well with DOT3/4? '3 & '4 work just fine and can be mixed....Now it is truly an IKEA worthy wagon...only thing better would be a Saab 9^3 Sportcombi or Volvo V70/850R (wagon)...🇸🇪🏁

I had some issues with the DOT 4 I had in the car boiling or getting close to in the past so opted for the Motul DOT 5.1, which can actually be mixed with DOT3/4.

The rebuild kits are specific to the year the brakes are off of, but check out KNS Brakes for all the rebuild kits.

Idk about insane... that's a bit if an exaggeration.... the gold doesn't look good with the blue, yellow definitely looks better.
