The homes close to the water coming out from the lake caused by flooding from the high winds were the ones shown. The homes across the street were not encased in ice. Not the ice age just ppl continuing to build close to the water.

I have seen a ice storm before on trees and ice hangs off. No lights maybe heat. ? Not houses that is terrible how could any one be happy in new York you can not. Those houses are frozen up probaby no heat or lights where do you go a shelter hospital.
