Just a pointer, Jewish people don't eat any dairy with meats, which is actually a good practice since the milk proteins take longer to digest its better to leave the system deal with simple proteins separately. The restaurants definitely overcharged him for the food. They took advantage of the fact that he’s a tourist. Food in Palestine is much cheaper that that. Nobody in Palestine can ever afford to pay that much for a meal.
