Would not even be that hard, just have the material on the state website and after renewing your license, you have 60 days to complete some online multiple choice test or a written test on site at the DMV. If you pass, cool. If you fail, you can take it once more, but if you fail twice, then you ALSO have to pass a practical driving test just like when you first get a license. If you can't do something this simple, you shouldn't be on the road.

In the last 8 months, two road ragers blocked my car and approached my drivers window. Twice I was afraid and sped forwards to avoid being injured. But because the road ragers left their car door open, it was difficult to get around. So twice I hit their open doors, bending them into the front fender. I watched as they tried to close the doors to chase me, but no luck. Should I have reported this to anyone? I hope it doesnt happen again too soon, as I’m still laughing about the first two.

If the road ragers end up reporting it, then its your word against them and technically it would appear that you would have left the scene of the accident (even in the event of self-defense, because again it would be your word against them and they would be the ones with the visible damage). My friend was a victim of road rage last week. The road rager was the victim of being run over by my friend after he approached my friend’s car with holding a hammer. After the road rager gets out of hospital (Broken Leg, Broken Jaw and Abrasions he got dragged a few dozen feet) the police said, that they will charge the repeat offender with ADW. Your car performs defense and offense when called upon.

That is the Midtown Tunnel which goes from Portsmouth to Norfolk, VA, and it is notorious for confusing drivers. She was probably trying to turn around to go back to Portsmouth. That left exit she was heading toward used to be the way to do it until they recently changed the traffic pattern. Doesn't excuse the poor driving, of course. But I doubt it was attempted fraud.

Majority of people have zero clue about the flow of traffic and only care about what happens around their own vehicle. Yeah there are traffic jams on highways specifically for these reasons (accidents excluded obviously) that force the lane to stop to let one unlucky one in that wasn’t able to merge at speed because of one selfish jerk. It’s insane how big of an effect only one of these occurances have for the traffic way back.
