@@HungryTwoTravel The real depth of Thai food is the ability of a Thai chef to adapt the dishes that come into the country into the Thai style. I would like you to try some authentic non-Thai food and compare it with the original flavors of that country, such as pizza, fried chicken, spaghetti, ramen, sushi, different kinds of curries, noodles you've heard of in other countries, salads and so on. many more I am sure that you will be able to see the view of Thai food that many people have overlooked. Don't let Thai chefs taste your food. Because soon it will become their menu.

Thanks Chris & Steph for sharing your food adventure here in Bangkok. Glad to see that you both are enjoying yourselves. Love all the food you shared with us. Cheap and delicious. Honestly, for me I can’t eat too spicy 🌶 whenever I do I will have problem with my stomach and can even ends up in hospital. So whenever I visit S. East Asian countries I will order food which is not spicy or maybe baby spicy only. Too bad.😢. Well I hope both you will continue to enjoy the rest of you visit in Bangkok. Take Care, stay safe and always be healthy. Good bless! Cheers. 😊

I'm craving for the beef noodles broth, didn't see any vegetables in the bowl other than few pieces of cilantro. I had oyster omelette of Taiwanese street food. The only difference is they used lettuce, but I would preferred bean sprout. They would consider partner in crime rather than Pad Thai I think. I wonder if the Pad Ka Prao recipes was invented by Mark Wiens since he can't get enough of spicy foods. I can see Chris is sweating eating this rice plate and don't know if he will do a food video with Mark Wiens in near future. I do like coconut and Steph Thai dessert with the rainbow rice flour ball & poach egg is amazing, but I felt like is missing tapioca to go along with it. Those are drumlette in Fried Chicken rather than drum stick. The banana roti would be my ideal afternoon tea meal.
@HungryTwoTravel2 жыл бұрын
The beef noodle soup was so good, Hing-Cheong, we think you would love it. Oh the coconut dessert, incredible! The rice flour balls were a very similar consistency to tapioca, but adding that in as well would definitely take it to the next level. Thanks for your awesome comment and for watching 😊🧡🔥🌶️

Although this did not happen in Mr. Mark's restaurant. But there are some people who force too much spicy food to the point that they have to go to the hospital.
