It is! It varies by model - some lights include a UB-C rechargeable battery and some include a battery charger with a USB-C port.

Yea I can't decided where I stand on that one. On the one hand having the ability to charge with USB-C directly into the torch is very convenient, especially for travel. On the other hand in a tactical light a charging port introduces another potential point of failure, so perhaps charging outside the light is the right choice for this type of light.

Well you took a ridiculous conclusion from barely any info then. The UI on this is blindingly simple (pun intended) as a tactical light, and has the benefit of a single hidden mode when long-runtime low output is required.
