Wäre noch interessant zu sehen wie lange die Temperatur gehalten wird wenn die Glut nach dem backen ausgekehrt wird.

kann ich dir heute abend sagen... die Glut war gegen 10:00 dann nur noch asche... da hab ich sie dann raus...

derzeit sind wir bei 100°C also 4 Stunden nachdem die Asche raus ist ... Außentemperatur -2 und die Tür war natürlich während dem Auskehren auch eins dreiviertel Stunde offen... insgesamt extraterrestrisch :)
