INSANE WARP BUBBLE EFFECT - AFTER EFFECTS

Once again, an amazing tutorial! I do have a question. I use dynamic link to go from After Effects to Premiere Pro, but when I do (after using an effect such as this) there are strobes of black segments in the timeline that I cant remove. Its almost as if the video has been cut and replaced with a milisecond of black screen. Any idea what that might be? Thanks!

LOL "low cost" monthly option of $62 or $495 annual. That's more than the entire Adobe creative cloud suite with all their apps and this is just one plugin. These guys are crazy for that amount it would just encourage people to get it the free way vs if they just did a one time charge of 25-50 bucks or for $5 a month they would have more legitimate users.
