Is the sway bar change similar for the rear tires?
@jaylandry89155 жыл бұрын
Wonder if the rear ones are as simple to replace?
@InsaneOil5 жыл бұрын
Can't say it is as simple as the fronts, but the process should be similar.

How does the sway bar sound when it's going bad? What are the symptoms of bad sway bars?

Hey I'm not sure if you're checking these comments or not but can you tell me if it's necessary to tighten the nuts to a certain torque setting? thanks
@jonothejester7 жыл бұрын
Dan Erbach everything typically will have a torque spec. I don’t have that information right off hand for this vehicle but typically your local auto parts store can look it up.

Thanks, that's exactly the problems I'm having with my kids car. Do you have a recommended brand of links you used? BTW, great tires on the car. General Altimax are exceptional

I don't have a specific brand that I prefer. If it is an easy part to fix I will usually buy the cheaper one. If it is more difficult/time consuming I'll usually go for the better quality, higher priced brand.

Great video. Thank you! I used a pry bar to push the sway bar down, so I could get a socket on the back bottom nut. Thank you Omaha roads for destroying the old end links!

Thanks for the comment. I am glad it helped with your repair. I also am in the Omaha Metro area and the roads can be brutal.
