The question is, who will pay that cash amount to buy the property? Even successful Banks will never pay you, because this property will NEVER sell when you need. It's over priced despite beautiful and attractive. Better the owner can invest himself and use it as a travelers lodge which obviously will do well for him.

Not to be the naysayer though, but at almost 2 billion bob, things like a cold room, temperature-controlled wine cellar, a killer fully-glass home office in the middle of the ground floor, guest wing, game room, an atrium should come as standard. The washrooms would do well with smart glasses for the auto frosting feature. It’s more aesthetic than the sliding shades they have. The backyard is too plain. I’d expect a state-of-the-art pool house. Otherwise the house just feels like a big box. Doesn’t have that much character. A similarly priced house in California would offer so much more, not forgetting the difference in property value. I feel this house sells exclusivity more than it gives value for money. It’s kinda like buying a Range Rover. You buying into ostentatiousness. However, I’m excited to see what the future holds for East Africa, Kenya more specifically. South Africa is already halfway there

I beg to differ. Califoirnia real estate prices depend on location. My residance is a few miles from Malibu where prices can go as high as $100 + million dollars for example at silicon beach. At that location , $14 million dollars will fetch you an average 3 bedroom house facing the Pacific Ocean. Therefore this Zanzibar mansion is well priced even though the location is nothing to write home about regarding amenities such as restaurants, shops, and entertainemnt etc.

I was so overwhelmed by what this house has to offer that I forgot that and I keep biting myself for it. The floor is all marble. The reason they are done like that is so that you can enjoy the ocean views while in the bathtub, however, if you don’t want to, you can close them off, I’m sure I showed how to do that somewhere in the video.

The villa is beautiful and one of the best projects in Tanzania, but the price is way overexaggerated. With that kind of price, you should be able to have the whole project instead of just one villa. Amenities are missing: yacht, helicopter landing; you should be able to have more farmland & A your own private beach. The villa on its own is really perfect; only some details here and there should be added to make it more valuable for the money. I would say that $2 million should be negotiable in Zanzibar for this project.
