I am amazed at how the style now for cabinetry is so plain. It's a clean look but I can picture this look in a barn more than a house, especially a high-end home. All the new homes or renovated homes seem to be going with this minimalist look.

So... the wine fridge is larger than the refrigerator and freezer combined?? And the stove top is super cramped by the cabinets. That is an amazing stove/oven, but they made it inconvenient to use

Now that's a beautiful ❤million dollar home. 🏡 omg, I would love to live in that lovely home. Right in the heart of the windy city Chicago, ❤ who would not want to live there it's all up to date on the inside of the home. Marble countertops and marble shower and marble floors in the Master bedroom's bathroom. On Chicago's busy and historic Elm Street, In Downtown Chicago Illinois. And not to mention that beautiful chandelier when you first walk in. I looks so amazing who ever renovated it and redesigned it deserves an A+. 110% percent. If you were to judge the person who designed this project and reonvated it and you were given a mark out of a mark 0% to 100% what would you give him or her for their mark? Out of 0% to 100% percent I would give the designer a mark of 110%!. Because for one the layout is perfect for, the townhouse. And everything inside of the townhome is renovated and newly remodeled and upgraded to a modern kitchen with stainless appliances and a lot of open space in the kitchen now the this beautiful island in the middle of the kitchen and a newly renovated and remodelled restoration living room area and a newly remodeled two story builtin closet with a shoe section of its own and a his and hers section in the two story built in closet. And I would even have a place for all of our expenses jewelry and Rolexes and real high value elite priced watches and I have a 1 Million 500 hundred thousand dollar necklace with real blood diamonds on that necklace and it's made with real matalic silver and gold plated silver around where each real blood diamond is. And my Ex fiance bought me a 50,000 thousanddollar bracelet for me in Miami. If I had that home I would add in a two story built in closet for me and my wife.🧐😐🤨🏘😍😍❤. But I don't agree with the cost of the price of this place what is it 2.3 million dollars plus$ for this athletic remodeled historic rowtownhouse in Downtown Chicago is a little bit over pricey I mean this isn't New York City, or Los Angeles,California it's Chicago, Illinois it's supposed to be a little bit cheaper than NYC and LA. Because Chicago isn't on the West Coast or The East Coast it's right in the heart of the United States Of America In The Middle Of The Midwest And Sits At The Bottom West Corner Of Lake Michigan which is one of the largest lakes in the World it is one of the largest lakes out of all the seven great lakes in North America. Lake Superior is the 1st largest lake than the second largest lake Lake Huron and than it's Lake Michigan is the third most largest Lake than Lake Erie is the fourth largest lake in north America than Lake Ontario is the fifth largest lake out of the the great lakes and than Lake Nipigon is the sixth largest lake out of the 6 Great Lake Connections from NYC To Ontario to Michigan Wisconsin and Minnesota and Ohio and New York State. I think that there is more work in both the West Coast and in the East Coast way more than Chicago does. Because NYC is the mecca center for almost everything. They have New York Fashion Week. And New York Yankee's Baseball Games In The Bronx and in Brooklyn and in Satten Island and Queens and In Manhattan NYC. The five New York City Borough's Manhattan Island, Staten Island, New York City, Borough and The Bronx, N.Y.C Brooklyn N.Y & Queens, Borough Of New York City. And New York City has 5 Big Parts To it and Chicago is more together and LA has Acting on Hollywood and Big Flim Studio's and Universal Studios and Paramount Pictures. And Maxtraix Flim Studio's In Hollywood,California. There is also Viacom Inc. Headquartered's that's based in Downtown Los Angeles. And LA has Disney Land and everything. Why do you think that both Oprah Winfrey and Steve Harvey both big name powerful influencal talk show hosts who have both created a lot of jobs in Chicago Illinois have moved to LosAngeles,California from their Original headquarters in Chicago? They both Oprah Winfrey and Steve Harvey both moved their talk shows and the jobs that came with both of their popular talk shows went with them. Which ment that Chicago Illinois saw an increase of unemployment rates in The Windy City of Chicago and Oprah's Harpo Studio's In Downtown Chicago brought in 2500 jobs with Oprah's big harpo studio's success and her longtime successful daytime talkshow show, titled "The Oprah Winfrey Show" with all of her big lights and her business where her big harpo studio's buliding is inside their is a lot of lights and studio rooms and her stage with her big red couch and Oprah Winfrey has her arm chair where she interviews celebrities and big Politicians who are running for office in the united states and new upcoming Popular chart breaking Hotbillborad 100 Soul & R&B and Hip Hop Singers and Country Music Singers And Pop Stars such as Janet Jackson and Mondonana and The Pop Singer & songwriter and producer Cindy Lauper went on the Oprah Winfrey Show and she had so many jobs because of her Studio that needs 8,9,10 engineers and and she needs other Television Programming Partners and PR Presenters Teams and Harpo Studio's and Oprah's management team and her camera crew and her camera glam touch up girl and her other Television Producer's and Executive Director's and Executive Producer's that work for Harpo Studio's and Oprah needs her Building manager and Oprah's building maintenance workers and Oprah's Front Desk Staff at her Harpo Studio's Buliding Her Front Desk Secretary and her second Front Desk Secretary and her Front Desk receptionists and Harpo Studio's Buliding Security team from Harpo Studio's Security Team and Harpo's Studio's Cleaning Janitors and Cleaning Services and Oprah's 4 Personal Garagbage collectors and her stage Security team which Oprah Winfrey has 25 Security Guards and and Their Is 2 Police Officers From The Chicago Police Department Who Wait Right Outside Of Her Harpo Studio's Buliding Because Of Who She Is. And Oprah Winfrey needs her makeup artist and her stylist and her personal glam squad to do her makeup and glam touch ups. And also her personal hairstylists that does her hair look every weekday for her popular international air sidicated talkshow. And she had her own personal band and editors and directors and technical staff and I.T Guy's and Computer Science Degree nerds and lightning people and background people who help me do all kinds of stuff going. I have my audio engineering team and my two electrical engineers and my seven mixing engineers and my clothing stylist Adury Hepburn and my Fashion designers Lis Nicole and Alexander McQueen and my other back up Fashion designers Miuccia Prada and Janwana Martin. Oprah Winfrey's Talk Show Helped Chicago's Employment Rate and more jobs also Steve Harvey's Highly Rated Longtime Running Talk Show Also Gave Chicago An Employment Opportunities Because Steve Harvey Needed His Own Exclusive Entourage With Him On His Talk Show For Keeping His Makeup Good and on point everyday. Steve Harvey Had His Personal Assistant and his personal accountant and Steve Harvey also had his own personal hairstylists and clothing stylist and upcoming Fashion trends for Steve Harvey to slay. And Steve Harvey Has His PR Team and his Management team and his personal publicist and his Lawyer's Don Smith and his other attorney Anderson&Anderson Smith Lawyer's office and law enforcement officers and legal services for The Chicago Tristate Area. And now they have both moved to the West Coast Los Angeles,California and left their old employees unemployed in Chicago,Illinois. But they hired whole new teams to replace and representing them and their brands. Steve Harvey moved his talk show from Chicago,Illinois all the way to Hollywood,California and got a whole new team and a new management team that is the number one major big management team in Hollywood. And as for Oprah Winfrey she's created a whole new Television Programming Network On Television That Targets The African American Democratic Racial Group In The USA. Oprah's new Network is called The Oprah Winfrey Network for short titled OWN. Oprah Winfrey now has started her own Television Network and has become a popular celebrity and a media mogul to all of American Media. Oprah Winfrey is a self made Billionaire And Owns her own magazine and book and magazines publishing company that is based in Seattle,Washington and She also has her own Big Television Network that's OWN Network Headquarters In BurBank, California. @@andreisavtchenko It was clearly very well done from a technical standpoint (neatness etc). It just came across like a sterile space, which maybe isn’t a bad thing if it’s a show house. But looking at that lovely outdoor bar space I think “wow, I can imagine inviting friends over on a summer night”. I just don’t get that same vibe from the indoor spaces. But that’s just one persons opinion.

A 2.6 million dollar house that’s not even wider than a double wide trailer house???? I’ve seen nicer manufactured houses. You people up there are either really ignorant or have really been misled.

Its the location, its the bragging rights to owning one of those homes, specially in the gold coast, this is a chump change expenditure to some people.

Yep, all about the location. Grey stone on Chicago’s iconic street. They don’t make it like this anymore 😊

The white cabinetry - everywhere - along with the “wood” looks cheap. Are the floors that laminated crap? Looks like ikea did it all.
