That first house is a true gem if you want privacy and to get as close to a homestead in the city as you can! I would put in a large bardo garage to keep all the stuff i need to have a large garden, a chicken coop, plant some fruit trees around, ect! I do actually like that hidden driveway...super private. Hard to get that many acres no hoa that close to so many amenities.

I lived in the second community shown from 2015-2020. Very quiet community and a great location in the St Cloud area.

What exterior colors would you do on 2nd house, just curious....?

It felt a bit exposed , as the pane of glass to look out at your yard as you sat on the toilet was so low. Would take some getting used to.

I was a stay at Home mom with no money in my IRA or any savings of my own, which was scary at 53 years of age. Three years ago I got a part time job and save everything I make. After 3 years, I am 56 yo and have put $9,000 in an IRA and $40,000 in my portfolio with CFA, Evelyn Infurna. Since the goal of getting a job was to invest for retirement and NOT up my lifestyle, I was able to scale this quickly to $150,000. If I can do this in a year, anyone can.

I love the first house! Finally, something that I like. Only problem for me is my age -- I'd have to be a lot younger to really do justice to that house. 💙💙💙

Kaleb!!! Heyyy😂. 1st home my husband would love all that space and privacy from other homes. Nice front elevation. Hope that price tag includes the land. Agreed. No columns if not load bearing. Good size primary. Closet ok. En-suite dated. Ditch the tub and get a linen closet. Pantry ok re: enough cabinetry. Just update. Laundry room ok. Closets small in bedroom 2&3. Don’t like when the hall bath shares as a pool bath. Can put a pool and add an external bathroom and small pool house. Definite potential once bathrooms & kitchen revamped. 2nd home omg such a big front yard. Color does need a change but let’s see inside. Laundry in the front front? Good size bedrooms and lanai. Huge yard to fence and add a pool. That’s a major road and it’s not noisy. Kitchen is doable. Ok size dining and primary & closet. $324k? Idk. There’s a lot to do in there. Maybe $250K and $100k in Reno. 3rd home cozy neighborhood. House looks small. Ok 1300sq ft. Let’s see. 🫤. Wide entry. W/D in the garage? 😢. Ok kitchen. Update needed. Closet workable in primary. Covered enclosed lanai. The pool probably needs great work. Fenced. This was a no til saw the pool. Of this bunch #1 the best. Thanks for sharing 🤗 and grand week to you both.
