I would look at the DR Horton or Lennar townhome communities in the Wesley Chapel area. You won't regret it :)

This is the biggest ripoff and I can't wait for the market to crash, which it will. $400k for a townhome that is not even 2,000 sq ft is criminal. When you purchase a townhome you are buying the walls. They want over $250 per sq???? I remember back in 2009 when WatersEdge had townhomes priced at $250,000 and literally overnight they came in and put new signs up and dropped them 50%. they went to $120,000 overnight. This is what really needs to happen. These builders have gotten so greedy that they need to have another reality check.

I really hate the huge sliding door in the back. That really energy inefficient. Do the builders think that electricity is free, or something?
