Wonderful Fort Lauderdale Beach Penthouse with the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and a nice balcony. I like the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, the master bedroom, and the master bathroom. I like the arts in the penthouse. The rooftop pool is very cool. This penthouse is paradise on earth.

It stands out from others that don't take the time to delivery the VERY BEST. This unit is GORGEOUS. What are the monthly fees & yrly taxes? Also, You may not have an answer but usually people who may acquire this unit as their primary residence want more than 2 parking spots, so...Why did the developer only have 2 and are there others available to purchase in this bldg? All the BEST from Vancouver, Canada. Continued success.

Top dei Top ma qualche pecca c'è secondo me tutte le vetrate Si potevano dimezzare con finestre dovrebbero piu' conformita' e poi le scale togliendo il vetro mettere ferro battuto , poi i balconi troppo bassi Non riparano un po' pericolosi ma tutto il complesso e' cosi' sempre ottimo nel complesso cerchiamo di migliorare sempre con tanti consigli da tutti
