This is a beautiful modern design mansion on Jupiter Island between the beach and the Intracoastal. You can swim in the sea and be on your boat from your front yard in your backyard. I like the fountain in the front of the house. I like the pool design on the second floor, it is not only a beautiful design it saves space for a garden in the yard. I like the high-tech curtainless windows that can turn dark to block the sun and the view. This is the first time I see them in a house. I like the white marble island and oak wood kitchen. I like the open design living room, dining room, and kitchen. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. I like the front and the back balconies. I like the guest bedrooms. I like the spiral stairway. I know that the mansion design and location can sell it alone, but If I was the owner of that mansion for the love of interior design I would have bought $50,000 to $100,000 worth of minimalist furniture, chandeliers, and TVs for the living room, dining room, media room, and master bedroom that I can later resale or give to charity for a tax cut. I can afford it, it is a $50 million mansion. If I own that mansion I would have turned one of the garage doors on the first floor into an entrance and put an elevator inside, because it is going to be hard for a senior citizen or a sick person to climb the entrance stairs every day. I would have replaced the artery sculpture in the staircase with a multilevel globes or tears pendant light. This is one of the most beautiful modern mansions I have ever seen, the location between the beach and Intracoastal is amazing. Great house tour by Peter and his camera crew.
