🤗Thank you Terence, for a wonderful tour... You are the only realtor (I've seen) on KZbin to slowly and thoroughly show homes... Your tour techniques, really helps me to imagine my family living in the home & LOL 😂🤣😅with assigned rooms... Now for this home, I would request for both the basement and attic to be finished by the builder and add an exterior door to that stand alone bedroom in the basement... 💙My favorite area as always are the terrace and lower outdoor areas... I would definitely have my waterfall feature on both levels (🥰that's soooo relaxing) and I would add a retaining wall w/fencing... Overall thought, 🤪I probably would pass on this particular home since it's in that darn "Governor's Town Club" area... 😅🤣😂Me & golfers don't mix...

Another winner! I thought I recognized the black house when the camera panned the land. 😅 This one is fantastic. With my imaginary unlimited funds, I'd finish the attic and soundproof it for a theater or a studio. Of course, I wouldn't stop there! Level out back to have more yard for enjoyment based on my interest. Loved the floors, colors, and layout. Finish the basement with a gym, sports hangout, and games. Add another kitchen and bar for those parties I'd host, too. That island's countertop is gorgeous. I love the pattern. When I redo my kitchen, I'll try finding something similar. Keep them coming! They did a great job with the "feel" of the house. I like your idea for the attic space, but I'd lean more towards a studio personally! I have 3 more queued up, one in this neighborhood, and two elsewhere. See you there!

You took the words right outta my mouth! There shouldn't be any unfinished spaces at the price point. But hey, it's negotiable but I'm pretty sure there will be a buyer.

The attic space over the garage, I would agree with both of you. I would have liked to see the builder finish the space. The yard, well, it's not the right neighborhood for big backyards. Very few homes have them in there.

Thank you for your feedback! Some spaces such as finishable attic spaces are very personalized spaces. With a full price offer we’ll happily finish the space above the garage off at no added cost to the buyer so that it can be personalized as to whether they want/need an extra bedroom, or prefer a theatre, playroom, or anything else they’d like that space to become!

Also the lot is over an acre. What you don’t see from this picture is that the lot goes back another 150 feet or so in the woods and is actually a golf course lot, sitting adjacent to the fairway. Theres a creek running down at the bottom which is the reason for the slope but you could add a pedestrian bridge and clear out some of the trees and have an amazing private outdoor area where you currently see the woods.

Homes here typically aren't built that way to start but can be adapted.

This home is framed for an elevator to all 3 floors, although they’re being utilized as closets at this time. It could be easily customized to become ADA compliant by adding the elevator and adapting a couple door widths!
