Finally a decent layout. In most of your videos, all your $3M houses have a master bedroom that's smaller than the ensuite/walk in closet. This one actually has great built ins and custom finishes from the builder.

I remember trying to sell a home in Calgary 16 years ago and calling up a staging company (of which there was maybe 1) and letting them know I cleared the house out and they could come in and do their thing. Come to find out they just arranged what you already had. Far cry from where they are today obviously. I used to live in altadore when it was all war time era homes back in the day
