@@ychongong4680 i think so too. that's the only reason i can think of that make sense of such move...200k can reno a sub-optimal landed already, with refreshed nice car porch and add to property valuation too. Sadly nice reno does not add to valuation of either hdb or condo...I feel pain for people spending tons of money on reno...

the marble wall effect is good. however i don't like the white colour gap in between and the different/inconsistent texture or pattern between each tiles. I saw video of using epoxy paint which provide marble effect wall in a smooth whole wall without any white gap between each tile. Cost wise should be cheaper and it definitely looks more smoothing to my eyes.

I hope all the mirrored door or cabinet had aluminum support. The full length mirror of my home fell off and the whole piece of mirror came crushing down, sending glass flying everywhere, any broken glass could have flew and cut someone as one piece sliced the lighting switch and left a little scar. I was so pissed and realised they just glued the mirror to the wood. For me, design should come after safety and practicality.

Hmm very confuse here, if the house owner really want a luxury house then why still buy a 4 room flat with living room smaller than my bedroom? If got 200k to renovate then why not go downpayment a condo unless 200k from bank loan. This is what typical singaporean who keep borrow and borrow. Series Supplies is my best fren by the way.
