Hmm unpopular opinion probably: But the house is way to overloaded with stuff, patterns, things. Yes, there are some beautiful pieces and details in there, but overall, way to crowded. And she, oh boy, she does not know in the front if she is alive in the back. She is just "GIMME GIMME GIMME". To end on a positive note: I absolutely love the location and the garden!

Beautiful house but not more than what one would expect but where are the window toppers? A French house like this should have elaborate window treatments just because.... Her closet would have been better appointed in the listening room. I wish the designer had added moulding. That always makes a space look more finished. Also, did anyone notice the grass in the front? Who does a video tour without manicuring the lawn?

The hermes is too much. The H is getting as tacky as the rainbow on tan LV print. Overwise its beautiful. Get rid of 90% of the hermes and its 10/10. The effect of the light fixture against the deep wood panneling of the library is beautiful. Im guessing those framed prints in the office were hermes scarfs/prints, they are okey, it gets too tacky, too obvious when it comes to the enblem. Its cheapening the brand. If they are using this house as advertising, a better technique could be to have the realtor ask about the framed scarf prints and then have the host say "oh those are hermes." Thats my opinion. Yolanda hadid did the same thing with the tacky H upholstery, its too obvious.
