I’m not gonna look no more Josh I’m just enjoying every time it popped up. I have to take a peek at this wonderful state in Newport Coast. It is the one the ultimate so many homes are built there so many new homes are built there and still homes are being brought up from the ground up so beautiful even brand new, but this one has an energy Special energy that was left behind from the previous owners must have a beautiful people, beautiful soul and beautiful energy. It was left there even during the remodel during being remodeled his home the energy was still left intact and that is pure love. That’s why this is perfect. 👍💯💯🙏👑

Opulent, gorgeous, with lovely details; this formal style is not to my taste; too much marble; too white. I like more organic, textured, colorful, vibrant with character with a dash of whimsy and sophistication. But very luxurious home. It's smart that in such a large home, there are kitchenettes everywhere - you don't have to walk a mile to get coffee, a drink or a snack. That's the one feature missing in Ramtin Ray's homes which are closer to my desire.

I’ve seen lots of homes here of Newport Beach and they’re all beautiful and amazing but this one has something in there. There’s an energy left there as I said before the energy whoever owns this home prior must’ve been in an amazing family. 👀 Looks like an amazing awwwwe-some vacationing resort; or maybe for a rich and or famous person that love to entertain and or do certain helpful and or beautiful for people in the city state or country that the gorgeous mansions listed to be located, but, personally, I wouldn't want to live in amongst such a huge mansion even if I had billions of dollars for so, I wouldn't want for few fair reasonable reasons such as to much to keep clean and kerp right all the built-in and outside luxury of the place functioning of which I 🤔 think would cost extra millions of dollars a year for also maids and maintaince people to keep the built-inside and built-outside luxury working right and to keep the place clean, I wouldn't want such a huge place to have to depend on other people to keep right and clean for me, especially too because seems very much political and tooooo much luxury in and outside the place that I wouldn't use or wouldn't use much, soooooo, I wouldn't want to be responsible to have to pay for.😊👉 For real, which means, I'm being honest by the use of the beautiful helpful made-up art of called words of communication.👌😊

Chiming in to point out my favorite feature(s) of this residence. I will caveat this by saying that this house is not my taste ...but still has elements I appreciate. First: The indoor pool. I think it would have been better to eliminate the benches from the short ends so that it could also be used as a lap pool ...but that’s a minor detail. Second: I love the book-matched marble. The spaces where I found it most appealing were in the first guest bedroom, and in the charming corner “coffee bar” shown. Third: The gated entry and curving drive up to the home (the paving was also exquisite). Fourth: The outdoor terraces. Is a home even a mansion without an outdoor terrace? I think not. Lastly: I adore the hand-cast scrolls in the front and back of the home. They lend an air of sophistication and grandeur that elevate the façades from the mundane to the extraordinary.
