This is a beautiful Miami Beach modern contemporary design mansion. I like the living room, and the symmetrical view of the pool from the entrance door, and the living room. I like the white marble island kitchen, I and I like the dining room. The master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet are wonderful. I like the front and back balconies of the house. I like the beautiful pool and the vegetation. I like the secondary bedrooms. The five-car parking garage is practical and the guest house can be rented. I like the money hot view of the green sea.

wow! all of the sudden i become ambitious and wanting to get rich overnight after watching this! Very beautiful mansion for a 39 million dollars.. i thought it was about almost a hundred..plus the fact that i like this kind of touring, just a sound of narrator is the best. No more too much actual talking on videos by the man doing the tour which is sometimes irrelevant talking or out of topic will make the tour too long. Unlike narration, only important details can be heard.

The size of the property, the landscaping - all of that is spectacular. The mansion is great but I am not a fan of interiors. The first floor kind of lacks scale for that size of a mansion, in my view. But, the second floor is awesome. The "guest house", which is it's own mansion is incredible too

Hello Peter, This Mega Mansion in Miami Beach is magnificent, The Foyer Great Room The Custom Bar The Lounge Billiards Room and the Chef Inspired Kitchen are beautiful, The Staff Courtyard and The Resort Style Pool are nice to for the family to enjoy, The Movie Theater is perfect and the Private Office is perfect to work on a computer, The Wine Cellar and the Loft Space is nice, The Primary Bedroom and the Primary Bathroom are beautiful, The Rooftop Terrace watching the Waterfront View yes drink coffee amazing 🏆🤎 🖤🏝🌊🛳 🏙 I enjoy watching this Excellent tour.
