@@dakg8034 It depends.. the Italian housing market is up right now and nobody is willing to drop prices, but if in the US the prices are down they should consider a price 'makeover.'

Hey Jason. No need to explain but thank you. Love the front elevation. Water feature on entrance. Hold on to toddlers 😂. The view on entry. The accent walls/the staging/sitting room/dining room/ wine wall/fireplace/baseboard accent lighting/amazing kitchen/tv room to watch Jason Matouk videos as I cook/that bar 🙌🏼🍸🥃🍷🥂🍹🧉with a pass through to the outstanding backyard/outdoor kitchen/dining and lounging/pool and dock/ laundry 🧺/staff quarters and elevator. Spacious guest bedrooms an en-suites. Upstairs laundry/gym. The primary is a condo in itself. His/ hers closet and en-suite? Wow. Wonderful home. I liked it initially: the space, architecture of balance and proportions, light and quality of materials. Unfortunately, there is no direct ocean view or privacy. Also, in some places, it feels like an abandoned office. Might benefit from a clever and creative interior design.

We do many landscape designs within this community, including both neighboring properties. The home looks incredible in person. However, I don't understand the master suite not having a tub, and multiple sinks? That will be undoubtedly be renovated when this home is purchased.

The handles on the doors to the garages look like the ones I've seen thieves easily manipulate to gain entry in hotel rooms. Soo once in the garage, gaining access to the house is a minute away....this security risk needs to be addressed
