I liked it initially: the space, architecture of balance and proportions, light and quality of materials. Unfortunately, there is no direct ocean view or privacy. Also, in some places, it feels like an abandoned office. Might benefit from a clever and creative interior design.

We do many landscape designs within this community, including both neighboring properties. The home looks incredible in person. However, I don't understand the master suite not having a tub, and multiple sinks? That will be undoubtedly be renovated when this home is purchased.

The accent walls/the staging/sitting room/dining room/ wine wall/fireplace/baseboard accent lighting/amazing kitchen/tv room to watch Jason Matouk videos as I cook/that bar 🙌🏼🍸🥃🍷🥂🍹🧉with a pass through to the outstanding backyard/outdoor kitchen/dining and lounging/pool and dock/ laundry 🧺/staff quarters and elevator. Spacious guest bedrooms an en-suites. Upstairs laundry/gym. The primary is a condo in itself. His/ hers closet and en-suite? Wow. Wonderful home.
