My favourite features of this mansion are the walkway that goes over the water feature, behind the bar that leads into your wine cellar and the big master bedroom with a seating area in there that has tv with a fireplace which has a wet bar around the corner and also includes a full bathroom. With a office behind the bedroom. Ur absolutely amazing. I hope you do another mansion tour like this again.

Having watched your videos for about a year now, I feel like I'm used to seeing luxury mansions, but this? This house is a whole 10 steps above any house you've toured! I can't even pick out my favourite part about this house, because I would indeed be naming everything you showed. Gorgeous, gorgeous mansion, feels so airy and yet so cosy. Unbelievable. And all the landscaping?? I honestly forgot this mansion is in LA! It feels so remote and quiet, so the landscaping does it's job more than well. Will definitely be giving Paul McClean's work a more thorough look. This architecture is simply beautiful. Thank you for touring this!

It is a mediocre property with a heavy price tag. It is an investment property just like 11490 Orum Rd which has a similar price tag, It is not a home to be lived in, indeed, they do not wish it to be used. You guys did make the property shine, even with the extensive staging, its target audience are the small investors wanting a share of an asset. Given the fallout from Evergrande, it will be very interesting how much the market will fall and the knock on effect with these prices. The market bubble collapse is long overdue, and the bigger the bubble gets....

I have to agree. I love the natural light, use of wood with steel and glass, and sexy feel of this home. The contemporary sculpture in the pool area kills that feeling. It looks like it belongs in a kids’ theme park or in a pop art surrounding.

I enjoy your tours very much and the efficient way you show the entire home. It's like a quick vacation for me. However, I notice that you never really comment on/point out the amazing artwork in the properties.You usually skim right past art as if it not really important. However, you will point out nice furniture. Certainly, I presume prospective buyers might replace these artworks or furniture, so your tours focusing on the spaces and architecture is the right general focus. However, you might point out the art a bit more, perhaps noting the artist occasionally and that the house has great walls and spaces to present artwork.

There's no doubt that this is a stunning home, it was an awesome video but I felt the last few seconds of the home at night could have been so much better, it was a little disappointing after the build up, I was expecting to see some nice warm lighting, maybe candles or a fire pit, glowing reds and oranges, something warm, welcoming & romantic - what we got was fairly cold and uninviting I'm afraid.

This is so far the most exciting listing you've present in your channel. The building itself seems like a well-designed contemporary museum from outside with addition of the limestone facade-and i think it complements beautifully to the building, and yet, the way of designers using all the right elements in every single step of this mansion is out of this world. i mean they brought together glass and steel so they reflect the natural light, but at the same time they use oak panel walls and leather and soft fabric materials with the right choice of colors: so all together the balance we have in every room is just amazing. btw it's really no easy to stage modern art elements in a house and still makes me feel like it's 'home', and i still feel like i can live there. i wanna live there. it's just so much inspiring in every way. thank you, thank you, thank you.

The bathrooms in this home were amazing and the walk-in-closet was absolutely perfect looking. Would definitely not mind living there :D Sometimes I think I would have liked to know more small details/finishes. I understand there is lots to show, but it can start to seem a bit rushed. We watch all your videos and you tend to skim the "boring bits" , but I think for new watchers they might think you are rushing through. Nonetheless, I love watching every single one and you guys do amazing work.

No arguments about the house itself, it's great. I do think the outlook and the surrounding trees add massively to the ambiance of this place, as well as the privacy. You've toured a lot of great houses in this area, but few have this much greenery around them. Acknowledging that there was a lot to cover and you were trying to be mindful of the time, it did seem a little rushed in parts and some rooms weren't covered in the tour (eg. laundry, walk-in robes, ...).
