The most amazing reason to live in an airpark is in a pilots' eye a hangar large enough to accmoodate at least a medium size plane and a helicopter. This one is probably one of the smalest hangars I've ever seen

@@bellsoloyhoverlover Thanks for your comment. I am a pilot and agree with you. I have to say I have seen smaller! This one is 40' x 50'. Maybe size matters a lot to you? How big is your plane and helicopter? I have seen a Baron in this hangar. Happy to find you a bigger one.
