Hey Jason. Like the modern elevation. 30 ft ceilings 😮. Was hoping you would say the furniture included. Love the color palate. Always appreciate a bar. The kitchen is so sleek, handleless. Figured there was a secondary kitchen. Yes with the pool bath. Only thing I would change in the kitchen is the color of the gourmet stove. Black a bit sharp. Lovely backyard. A hallway in the guest bedroom to the bedroom 😂. The unfurnished guest bedroom can be a gym. Wow. Look at this primary. Her and his en-suites & closets. Nice 3rd level to entertain. I missed if there’s an elevator but there probably is. Thanks for the tour.

While I currently reside in a comfortable 4,000 square foot Mediterranean-style home worth 750,000 dollars, I find contentment and fulfillment in this living arrangement. This home is LIT AF Doe.
