Wow what a lovely house lots of beautiful features . my only issue is the downstairs toilet that is accessible via the utility that’s a bit of a problem coz your utility will be quite messy most of the time and guests have to go through that to access the toilet .

British homes bedroom, are too small. Limited bathrooms to the amount of bedrooms and the kitchen need more space. The price can be a little less. Maybe £315,000.00

Yep, bedrooms in a typical British home are very small. Unless you are purchasing a home circa £900,000 plus. I have seen homes for £800,000 with tiny bedrooms. I suppose it depends if you are buying up north or down south.

Looks great, but I'm very fearful of buying a new build house. I've seen so many horror stories. The show home will obviously be very perfect, but what's to ensure the finished house I buy will not have any snagging issues (minor and major)?

What we recommend is for you to take a walk around the site and take note of any homes being completed. Are they just left open to the elements or secured? Is the site overly chaotic (some chaos is to be expected) but are there fragments of bricks, glass, wood just dumped everywhere. It's not a direct indication but these give clues as to how the site is managed - and generally if the site is poorly managed, so will the quality control. New Builds can be a fantastic investment due to them having to comply with the more recent energy efficiency standards. We hope that helps :)

Why do British homes use radiators in 2024? The kitchen cabinets should reach the ceiling, and there should be an island for more workspace and storage. That is one small sink. Why is there no storage in the bathroom?

I suppose 'ugly' is subjective. What is nice to you may be ugly to another. You need to remember in more built up areas, you have a small space to work with.
