There are some positives to this - i will admit I love the way they’ve done the garden; the kitchen is too small for me for a family. And Im afraid I really dont like the mid-foyer; that would surely be a really dark space in the middle of the house. I love the downstairs loo and the living room is nice; and pleased to see the built in wardrobes!

I guess what the inner hall might do is stop all the heat from downstairs (& primarily the living room) disappearing upstairs ? It might also mean if you had anybody sleeping upstairs - such as children or shift workers - then when the TV is on or meals are being prepared, the bedrooms remain relatively quiet spaces ?

I think the front door needs to be partly glazed to let more light in. The first thing I noticed was a chunk taken out of the toilet door ! Its a nice compact home, but its a bit on the small side , the main bedroom is far too small . probably ok for one person or a couple, but a nice all round home.

Agree a window in the door would benefit the small hallway. And if the fuse board was in the cloakroom then it would free up more space for a mirror or coats, shoes storage ?

Just curious but a lot of the homes I see are anywhere from 500,000 pounds to 700,000 pounds and up why is this one less than 300,000 pounds is this in a really bad neighborhood? I’m asking as an American. That’s extremely interested in one day moving somewhere to the UK with work. Also curious on thoughts on your top three towns to live in.

300K is terrible value for such a small semi. New builds are overvalued and built poorly. This isn't cheap it's expensive.

Yet another new build without a heat pump that you'll potentially have to drop a bunch of money on to sort out. And no solar. That's totally unacceptable on a new build. Also why are people ok paying these prices. 260K for a tiny semi detached house. The living room isn't even a separate room it's just a wide corridor. Hilariously overvalued. The housing market in some parts of the country is out of control. This price should get you a detached property. Terrible value for money that needs even more spent on it for heat pump and solar.
