That's a nice home and view. I don't care for the hanging rotating sculptures, kitchen paper mache looking fixtures, 3d tile or masterbath flooring. I really like the 3 car garage, front courtyard, kitchen sink facing that back patio with the pass-open window, living room open sliders, infinite pool, master closet & wash room. I think a nice pergola for the BBQ and an outdoor fireplace would have been a nice touch.

Well, From the roof I see there's no Electric Bill For the home so I suppose they took advantage and went all electric in the home... such as not adding gas...get an electric car... LOL

That artistic artsy work, dancers above the foyer (kind'a creepy), the woodwork on the wall in the living room and the top of that OTHER HOUSE (sun glare, view blocking and THE HEAT coming off that roof) are just BIG no no's, BIG turn offs for me. The other house just kills the view and kills the whole deal for me. Nice house and all but somebody didn't put a lot of thought into the longer-term marketability of the house. Bedrooms are a bit small for this price point. Whoever buys this house will live to regret it as a lot of inventory is about to come onto the market (as in hundreds if not thousands of high-end homes) and sellers who are desperate for top dollar (the hold outs) are gonna get slaughtered!!! Where there is greed, there is poverty. Price point should be closer to $2M and even that's a stretch. The perfect buyer for this house would be someone with money but naive and unsophisticated.

Award shows? Seriously? Who watches TEE VEE in this day and age? One of the nicer properties. Needs adjustments with the finishes. Good on the one piece toilets and side illumination in the bathroom. People look better with side lighting rather than overhead fixtures with all the shadows that it causes. The decor is a bit feminine for my taste but that can be fixed.
