Having seen how villas are built in cyprus, that’s about 12m over priced… it’s cyprus not California, even Dubai is cheaper than that…

Still wish Mr sander you could provide some videos with Malta property investment and Malta permanent resident program. It’s better than the Greece and Cyprus program. Because it allows residents to work in Malta. Sotheby has real estate office in Malta you could potentially do partnerships with. Really hope u could give some videos about Malta
