That's really nice, I just don't understand the American style of leading your entrance directly into your living area (and even kitchen here). I know there's a small divider, but with a kind of blank slate design like this one, you don't *have to* lay it out like that. That leads me to think that it's a deliberate choice

Sorry Amy, you overdid the black and white interior decor and fittings. The super high contrast look is already old hat. Who decided the exterior would look good painted gray? It doesn't. You might as well put a yard sign out front with the date on it. Never mind. The look says it all.
